The ground floor accommodates two bedrooms alongside the spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, with a bathroom and WC also on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms are on the upper floor, served by two shower rooms and additional WCs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring electric cooker with oven and rotisserie, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all utensils. A private terrace with garden furniture and parasol sits outside, with access to the shared heated pool.
Final cost of each private bedroom estimated to range between €650 where bathroom is shared to €1,250 where bathroom is private; single and double beds in group rooms estimated to be priced at €180 and €300 respectively
