Each attendee must book both a ticket and accommodation.

Ticket

Your ticket to the party covers everything you need:

  • 3 delicious meals per day

  • Drinks during meals & event times

  • All parties & activations

  • All transportation during the event

  • Surprises & an absurd amount of fun

Accommodation

Book any room you prefer at DDE or Le Cruzeau. Once booked, it's yours — alone, with a partner, or a friend.

Domaine des Étangs

Rooms at DDE, which can accomodate up to 2 or 3 people (room dependent), will range in price from €2,750 to €8,000+ for the entirety of the event.

Le Cruzeau

Rooms at Le Cruzeau, which can accomodate up to 2 people, will range in price from €650 to €1,250. There are also sharing rooms with single beds available from €175.

Advance Reservations & General Sale

Advance Reservations

  • We are pleased to open a round of Advance Reservations, which closes on June 25, 2026.

  • With an Advance Reservation, you may reserve your ticket and the exact accommodation you prefer, with a refundable Reservation Deposit for both room & tickets.

  • The Reservation Deposit is €800 per ticket. Refer to individual room pages for corresponding room Reservation Deposit amounts.

  • In late-Q1, 2027, we will communicate the final prices for tickets and each room and we will request the balance due.

  • Advance Reservations allow you to secure your ticket and desired accommodation at WOO HOO, and will truly help make this event possible by allowing us to bear ongoing venue deposits and event costs.

General Sale

If you do not participate in the Advance Reservation round, the General Sale will open in Q1 2027 when the remaining rooms will be sold on the website on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Payment Terms

Refund Policy

  • All reservation deposits are fully refundable (excluding transaction costs) until May 1, 2027.

  • Advance Room Reservations may be changed at any time, subject to availability.

  • After May 1, 2027 refunds are available subject to another guest committing to the room or ticket.
