You can certainly sell your ticket. All sales must go through the WOO HOO team.

We encourage you to be part of the entire event, but life happens, and we want to make the experience work for all WOOHOOmans. So if necessary, you can skip what you need, however, we cannot prorate the cost if you decide to come late or leave early.

Yes, please! More than ever, WOO HOO is about creating magic with all of your creativity and gifts. If you have an idea for anything you would like to do, please let us know and let’s get started.

The easiest approaches for those coming from abroad are i) to fly to Bordeaux and drive (2 hours) or ii) take a train to Angouleme from Paris (approx. 2 hour trip) and then drive 45 minutes to DDE. There is also an airport in Limoges which has domestic and some other European connections (also a 45 minute drive to DDE). More information on transport will be provided at a later date.

Yes, you may! One of you will need to book the accommodation and indicate whether you want to share a king bed or each have a twin bed, as long as the particular room allows for both options. Alternatively, you can join another pair in a single bed that can be added to some rooms (see room page for info).

Some (but not all) of the onsite rooms at DDE can accommodate an extra bed. Please see individual room pages for details.

Yes, full refunds of any Advanced Reservations or full ticket/room payments are available up until May 1, 2027 (excluding transaction costs). After that date, we will still gladly refund you as long as we can fill your spot.

Yes, subject to availability. We would effectively refund you and then you would book the new room. Transaction costs may apply.

Most rooms onsite at DDE do have AC (other than rooms in Le Chateau). The rooms at Le Cruzeau do not. However, temperatures at night are generally manageable at that time of year.

The ticket covers all meals, parties, activations, musical events, production, and drinks during meals and parties. Your accommodation covers your room. Not included: transportation to and from the event, as well as any additional drink or food purchased from DDE outside of meal and party times.

Yes! Every WOOHOOman needs a ticket, which is sold separately from accommodation.

If you book a ticket and/or room as part of the Advanced Reservation round, we will email you sometime in Q1 2027 to communicate the final price and provide a link to pay the balance owed.
