Tickets

  • Tickets: this is your ticket to attend the party. It covers food and drink (3 delicious meals per day and drinks during meal & event times), all parties, transportation during the event, surprises, and a ridiculous amount of fun.

  • The estimated ticket cost is [1,000 - 1,250] EUR

Accomodation 

  • You may book any room you prefer at DDE or Le Cruzeau. Once you’ve booked a room, it’s yours to occupy alone or with a partner or friend. Some rooms may allow for a third bed, if you choose.

  • Rooms at DDE will range from approx. [X - Y]

  • Rooms at Le Cruzeau will range from approx. [A - B]

Advance Reservations

  • We are pleased to open a round of Advance Reservations, until [May 30], 2026. With an Advance Reservation, you may reserve your ticket and the exact accommodation you prefer, with a refundable downpayment on both estimated room & ticket costs.

  • In late-Q1, 2027, we will have final figures for room & ticket costs, and we will request the balance due.

  • Advance Reservations allow you to secure your ticket and desired accommodation at WOO HOO, and will help us bear ongoing venue deposits and event costs.

General Sale

  • If you do not participate in the Advance Reservation round, the General Sale will open in Q1 2027, and rooms will be sold on the site on a first-come, first-serve basis

Payment Terms

  • All reservations are fully refundable (less transaction costs) until May 1, 2027

  • Rooms reserved as Advanced Room Reservations may be changed at any time, subject to availability. 

  • After May 1, 2027, refunds are available subject to another guest committing to the room or ticket 

  • Any participant may propose guests to the party, but all ticket sales & conversations must go through the event organisers
